Hull Blyth operates a range of inland container depots in Ghana and Nigeria for both full and empty containers. A necessary feature of the Liner Shipping sector due to under capacity in the on-dock arena, Hull Blyth offers a safe transfer service, security within our depots and value for money for our consignees and our principals for the handling of their empty containers.

Currently with 5,000 teus capacity in Lagos, Hull Blyth is currently developing a single, large capacity overflow ICD in Ogun state, Nigeria which will utilise both road and rail to transfer containers. In doing so, this will add significant value to consignees in the Northern Industrial area of Lagos and will reduce in a significant decongestion of the road space around Lagos ports. Scheduled for opening in 2015, the project represents an investment by Hull Blyth and its partners of some $12m.
